A well earned Summer Wedding for Laura & Matthieu at Monte Verde Old Stone Barn in The Hudson Valle ! This was a long journey to the Big Day for the couple - that saw several postponements and the birth of their son before they had the wedding they always wanted at Monte Verde in NY.
The couple, who live in Canada, were twice delayed by Covid and a shut down of the boarder. Tired of waiting they had a small elopement-style wedding on the water in Cold Spring Ny during the pandemic ( which we also shot)...before they finally made it to the alter.
The couple did everything on the property, including Getting Ready in the main house, photos on the amazing grounds overlooking the Hudson River and Ceremony on the great lawn.
Afer a Coctail Hour guests walked to the tented reception and a beautiful sunset.... dancing away to a live band long into the night ! Such a fun, charming wedding to photograph and so happy these guys finally got their fabulous Wedding Day !1
